This one’s for Dave!
When we decided to leave Norco and process all our milk through the on-farm creamery, it was the cream at the core of our product focus. But Dave has always held onto the idea that we would sell our full cream milk.
There have been so many hurdles to jump with this project and many times it’s been against my better judgement to persevere with it. But sometimes you have to have a passion project – for Dave, this is it. So after more than a year of bumps in the road, here it is!
