We’ll start off with the Jersey Girls and experience the morning milking in our 100-year-old dairy, as we share the traditions of past generations used to create our artisan range of dairy products, right here on the farm.

Walk with us as we tour the farm, in this behind-the-scenes taste of how our family regeneratively farms this land to produce milk-fed pork, calf-at-foot rose veal, artisan dairy, heirloom vegetables and grains, and pastured eggs.
