Our Farmhouse Ploughman’s Platter is a celebration of our farm produce. Our wood-smoked ham and kabana, bread & butter pickles and kasundi, cultured butter, and creme fraiche dip, crackers and fresh fruit combine with local cheese and sourdough for a feast from the farm. Harry’s biodynamically grown produce served fresh, and preserved using traditional recipes, make this platter an extra special way to showcase our commitment to good food, done well.
