Description
Veal corned silverside. Beautifully tender and succulent. 1.4kg to 1.6kg.
We like to cook our silverside with black peppercorns, apricot vinegar, brown sugar, bay leaf, and a brown onion. Serve with gorgeous fresh vegetables from the farm garden and a cheesy bechamel sauce.
Frozen from fresh.
