Recipes form the Farm
Our life on the farm is inextricably intertwined with the production of food.
It has tied every generation of our family’s story together, the stitch binding the pages of our history in this beautiful place. We feel keenly the responsibility involved in our work here, as we grow and nourish the produce that will one day feature in a home-cooked meal on our plates – and, we hope, on yours too.
We delight in the simple joy of a full table, with good company to carry the conversation to dessert. The challenges of farm life seem easier to swallow when shared over good food with family and friends.
We feel honoured to know that the produce from our family farm finds its way to your family table, the simple pleasure of sharing beautiful food and great company made all the better by knowing your local farmer. We hope you’ll enjoy creating these dishes for your family, just as we do here on the farm.
