Veal Y Bone steak. One of our family favourites. Season lightly and brown in a hot pan before placing into a roasting dish. Using the juices from the pan, cook onion, garlic, pumpkin until lightly brown and deglaze the pan with Scenic Rim Brewery Fat Man beer. Add to the roasting dish with the steaks and cook until falling off the bone (approx 1 hour). Melt in the mouth and super delicious!
