Description
Veal Y Bone steak. One of our family favourites. Season lightly and brown in a hot pan before placing into a roasting dish. Using the juices from the pan, cook onion, garlic, pumpkin until lightly brown and deglaze the pan with a good slosh of local beer or wine. Add to the roasting dish with the steaks and cook until falling off the bone (approx 1 hour). Melt in the mouth and super delicious!
